As previously mentioned, November is another travel month.

We are happy to be back in Florida.  We were greeted with warm

temperatures and an abundance of "Florida Sunshine"!

Yeehah !!!

Due to the current influence of the Canadian North winds, the 

weather is changing as this post is being written. It is time for hot

chocolate and "Winter Gotchees".  It will all change again in a

couple of days, we hope !!!

Thank you All for your support while we were absent and

traveling.  Tomorrow, we will be on the road again heading

further south to Venice, Florida.

October was a month of travel and mini-explorations of a new

area of our country.  North Carolina residents immediately

showed their "Southern Hospitality" in taking care of a problem

with our motorhome.  We have met so many gracious people

from Raleigh, NC to Four Oaks, NC..  Fluffy's brother and wife

also are residents of North Carolina.  They traveled from New

Bern NC to have breakfast and spend a few hours with us.

Of course, our family of Bloggers were always a click away

to show their support.  Our sincere thanks to all of you for

this!!!

November will be another month of travel when we depart

for Florida and our winter schedules of clowning.

Again, we wish to thank Mike Golch for his achievement of reaching

the "Top Ten" for the second consecutive month on all three of his

blogs.  

We are very proud of the blogs who have appeared on the "Top Ten"

more than once in the last twelve months.  These are noted by one

or two asterisks.

Fluffy and I will be back on the road again in nine days heading south

with a five week stay in North Carolina and then into Florida at the

end of November.

It is always hard to leave family and friends back home in Ohio how-

ever their smiling faces and love sustains us throughout the winter

months until we return.  Thank God for cell phones and email !!

Your support, friendship and comments on a daily basis helps

fill the lonely gaps with happiness and joy.  We greatly 

appreciate all of you !!!

Today is September 1st.  Our summer, in Ohio, has passed

extremely fast!  We will be back on the road in another

month.  So far, it has be a wonderful visit with family and 

friends.

This particular Sunday sermon. . . . 'Dear Lord', the minister

began with arms extended toward 'Heaven' and a rapturous look

on his upturned face, 'Without You' we are but dust . . . . he 

would have continued but at that moment my very obedient

daughter who was listening leaned over to me and asked quite

audibly  in her shrill little four year old girl voice, . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Fluffy being Silly (Tuesday's Tenderness)

This was just one of those special funny moments when Fluffy's

"funny bone" was acting up!  We had returned home from an

engagement and I wanted to get our neighbors opinion on my 

new "British Pith Helmet".  Shortly, Fluffy appears in her own

inimitable way wearing part of Silly Willy's costume.  You

never know when Fluffy will do the unexpected.  Our early

morning pillow fights continue to keep us going!!!

It has been great to be back in Ohio.  The ten month

separation from family and friends was way too long to

miss the people you love.  Although we have great friends

all across this beautiful country, it is always special to come

back to our "Roots" and memories of our past.

We are so thankful for the technology of communications via

cell phones and the internet that shrinks the miles of separation

and keeps our ties to family and friends alive.

It is also important for us to appreciate the value of our "Blogging

Friendships" that fill our hearts with love and joy daily.  Thank

We finally arrived safely in Ohio.  This was a rollercoaster trip 

trying to guess the storm activity along the way.  It was a daily

"flip of the coin" to see if each day was a travel day with our 

attention on "The Weather Channel"!

For hours on end, we witnessed the devastation by tornadoes

in Missouri and other states.  We called ahead to see if 

friends, located in the paths of these storms, were safe.

To see the destruction of lands flooded by the rivers over-

flowing their banks was disturbing.  We crossed the wildly 

flooded Mississippi River and its tributaries and saw how

the flooding inundated the surrounding farms and properties

in their wake.  Our thoughts and prayers turned to all who
suffer from these disasters.

It was very humbling to witness all this destruction along

the way.  We are thankful to all of you who sent your

prayers to us as we traveled.  Please keep all the 

victims and wonderful people assisting them in your

prayers and offer what you can afford to help in any 

way.  Bless you all.

We're on the road again!

Hi Everybody!  We have started on our trip back to Ohio from Texas.  We headed north in Texas instead of
east into Louisiana.  Our original path was to travel east past New Orleans and then north however the
original  roads were in the path of the flooding areas from the Mississippi River. This is a potentially dangerous way at this time so we will be traveling north and then north east in Texas.  We will be using
the trip ticket from the Automobile Club. They will try to route us the safest way possible.  Better safe than sorry, right?

We also have another problem with both our computers.  We are having trouble with our main desk top unit and the lap top is totally down with a mother board and other problems. When it rains it pours!  Just a little
humor there!  So we will be off line until after we get back into Ohio around 1,300 miles or so. We have missed you all and hope to be back as soon as possible. 

A request from you.  Please keep everyone in the path of these horrendous floods, the people in the towns.
cities, farmers, firemen and women, police, military, keep them all in your prayers.  If you have any prayers
left send them our way.  Hugs, smiles and a very Big Thank You All.  Silly Willy and Fluffy

This month was a period of reflection.  We traveled long distances,

often around areas of turbulent weather and narrowly missed  

several tornadoes.  It makes you aware of the fact that we are

fallible human beings susceptible to the ravages of "Mother Nature".

We thank God daily for keeping us safe during our journey.

We are asking you to join us in prayer for those that are victims

of these storms and offer any help to alleviate the stress and

dispair of these unfortunate families.

We must count our blessings and also pray for Japan wracked

with continuing earthquake destruction coupled with radiation

contamination and an uncertain future. The Phillipeans has also

suffered great damage destruction and deaths in their country.

Hi Everybody!  We stopped in north Florida to visit a 

couple days with friends and to make a safe haven from

the passing thunderstorms and tornadoes. 

Hopefully, we will be back on the road by this saturday.

We are looking forward to our return to Louisianna and

Texas.  Once we get set up there, we can  get a little order

in our routines.  Some of the pictures from Florida will be

featured on our posts in April.

Don't forget "April Fool's Day" is tomorrow!  Laugh, love

and be happy.  Turn all your frowns upside down and

ON THE ROAD AGAIN

Silly Willy and Fluffy are on the road again!  

Actually, we have been traveling in Florida

for the past couple weeks.  We have been

entertaining, visiting with friends from the

north who were taking a hiatus from their

weather and doing a little sightseeing.

Now, we are getting our vehicles ready for

our trip to our new destination in Lousiana

and parts of Texas.  We appreciate all your

support during this travel period. We will

get back online ASAP! In the meantime,

Laugh, love and be happy. Keep smiling!
